3月11日下午，國防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校就近期涉軍問題發(fā)布消息。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，臺(tái)海軍“2026年度敦睦遠(yuǎn)航訓(xùn)練支隊(duì)”已啟航，赴中南美地區(qū)所謂“邦交國”執(zhí)行“大敦睦”任務(wù)。請(qǐng)問對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Question: It’s reported that the 2026 Goodwill Cruising and Training Squadron of Taiwan’s naval force has set sail to visit its so-called diplomatic allies in Central and South America for a “l(fā)arge-scale goodwill mission”. Do you have any comment on this?
蔣斌：所謂“敦睦”只是民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局“倚外謀獨(dú)”的借口。一個(gè)中國原則是國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則和國際社會(huì)普遍共識(shí)，是中國同183個(gè)建交國發(fā)展關(guān)系的政治基礎(chǔ)。我們希望有關(guān)地區(qū)國家順應(yīng)歷史大勢(shì)和時(shí)代潮流，早日作出真正符合本國人民根本和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益的正確選擇。正告民進(jìn)黨當(dāng)局，任何形式的“臺(tái)獨(dú)”分裂活動(dòng)和政治操弄，都改變不了臺(tái)灣屬于中國的事實(shí)和國際社會(huì)堅(jiān)持一中原則的格局，注定徒勞無功。
Jiang Bin: The so-called goodwill mission is merely an excuse for the DPP authorities to solicit foreign support for “Taiwan independence”. The one-China principle is a prevailing international consensus and a basic norm in international relations. It is the political foundation for China’s relations with all the 183 countries who have diplomatic ties with China. We hope that countries in the relevant region can follow the historical trend of the times and make, at an early date, the right decision that serves the fundamental and long-term interests of their peoples. We warn the DPP authorities that no form of "Taiwan independence" separatist activities or political manipulation can change the fact that Taiwan is part of China, or alter the international community’s support for the one-China principle. Such attempts are futile.
